Code of Conduct
All the students are expected to maintain the highest standards of discipline and behave in a dignified manner inside as well as outside the school campus. They shall abide by the rules and regulations of the school.
A six day working schedule from Monday to Saturday is followed. Classes are scheduled from 9.30 a.m. to 4.45 p.m. The first period will begin with a prayer. The students shall stand in attention till the prayer ends.
All the students are expected to be present in the class well within the time and late coming will not be encouraged.
Students are expected to respect the teacher who enters their classroom and silence should be observed during class hours.
Students are expected to greet the teachers when they enter their class and thank them properly for the class they taught.
No student shall enter or leave the classroom when the session is on without the permission of the teacher concerned.
Students having lab sessions, should follow their teacher instructions without spoiling the equipment or infrastructure of the concerned lab.
Students should not leave the school premises without intimating to the concerned class teacher or headmaster.
All students shall leave the classes immediately after 4.45 p.m. No students shall wander or gather in the verandah, corridor, and staircase etc.
Students should intimate the class teacher before he or she is willing to absent for the school with proper reason.
Students are expected to come to the school in approved uniforms which are given free to them.
Students shall not alter the uniform issued from the school. All kinds of tattooing, hair styling etc.,that goes against the existing social norms and which could go against the spirit of school academic values will be strictly objected.
As per the rules, students shall not bring motor vehicles, they are allowed to use bicycles for their daily commuting to the school.
Students are expected to maintain silence in the academic buildings. Any kind of indiscipline will be treated as an instance of indiscipline.
Students are encouraged to make use of the library, common computing facilities and to involve in professional body activities or any program authorized by the school beyond class hours for SSC students as per schedule.
Access to academic buildings beyond the above timing and on holidays without written permission from the concerned Headmaster will be treated as a case of indiscipline.
No students permitted to bring mobile to school under any circumstances.
Using school computers accessing social networking sites such as facebook, twitter etc. is prohibited in the computer lab.
Keep the campus neat and clean. Do not put any waste anywhere in the campus except in the dustbins provided.
Consumption of intoxicants / psychotropic substances in any form or smoking or using chewing-gum, pan masala etc. are strictly prohibited in the school premises.
It is strongly advised to refrain from activities such as scribbling on walls, doors or furniture which could deface the school and destroy the academic ambiance.
Carefully handle the furniture, equipment, fixtures and appliances of the school and lab. Careless handling/misuse of the above could result in personal injuries or damage to property, follow safety precautions while moving around electrical installations.
Students are not permitted to arrange any unauthorized celebrations and decorations of any magnitude without headmaster permission in the campus.
Students are not permitted to distribute or display (both physically and electronically) material such as notices, banners, pamphlets etc. in the campus without the permission of the headmaster.
Students who intend to represent the school in inter school events shall take prior permission from the concerned teacher and headmaster.
During examinations, students must and should attend all examinations and should complete the projects and lab work activities and submit their work in time.
